| Description | This Ba/F3 cell line expresses a constitutively activated human CSF1R tyrosine kinase as a GFP-ETV6-CSF1R fusion. However, this activated kinase is non-transforming, meaning the cells still require the presence of IL-3 for their survival and growth. |

Upon thawing, the liquid nitrogen turns into a gas. Due to the nature of nitrogen, this can cause pressure to build up inside the vial, potentially leading to the vial bursting or the cap ejecting. This creates a risk of flying debris. |
