| Description | This Ba/F3 cell line expresses an activated human EGFR tyrosine kinase as a GFP-ETV6-EGFR fusion from the SED2 vector, which has no selection marker. The kinase activity renders the cells independent of IL-3 for proliferation, providing an excellent model for testing EGFR inhibitors. |

Upon thawing, the liquid nitrogen turns into a gas. Due to the nature of nitrogen, this can cause pressure to build up inside the vial, potentially leading to the vial bursting or the cap ejecting. This creates a risk of flying debris. |
